Rocky View County (west-southwest) is a neighbourhood of Rocky View County, in Calgary. The 2021 Census recorded a population of 2,428 in Rocky View County (west-southwest) (people living in private households). Children aged 0 to 14 made up 15.7% of the population. 2.5% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 38.8% across Calgary as a whole. 94.0% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 3.5% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 15.1% of the population, compared with 31.5% citywide. Median household income before tax was $131,000 in 2020, compared with $100,000 for Calgary. 13.7% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 428.09 km², giving a population density of 6 people per square kilometre (Calgary averages about 283).
