Rocky View County (northwest) is a neighbourhood of Rocky View County, in Calgary. The 2021 Census recorded a population of 4,225 in Rocky View County (northwest) (people living in private households). Children aged 0 to 14 made up 16.2% of the population. 4.9% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 38.8% across Calgary as a whole; the largest single group was South Asian at 1.8%. 90.0% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 5.1% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 10.8% of the population, compared with 31.5% citywide. Median household income before tax was $123,000 in 2020, compared with $100,000 for Calgary. 11.8% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 864.02 km², giving a population density of 5 people per square kilometre (Calgary averages about 283).
