Pioneer Acres of Alberta is a neighbourhood of Rocky View County, in Calgary. The 2021 Census recorded a population of 4,012 in Pioneer Acres of Alberta (people living in private households). Children aged 0 to 14 made up 17.7% of the population. 2.5% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 38.8% across Calgary as a whole; the largest single group was Latin American at 0.8%. 92.1% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 5.5% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 8.0% of the population, compared with 31.5% citywide. Median household income before tax was $96,000 in 2020, compared with $100,000 for Calgary. 13.9% of households rented rather than owned.
