Royal Vista (east-southeast) is a neighbourhood of Calgary, in Calgary. The 2021 Census recorded a population of 5,668 in Royal Vista (east-southeast) (people living in private households). Children aged 0 to 14 made up 20.0% of the population. 47.3% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 38.8% across Calgary as a whole; the largest single group was South Asian at 10.7%. 51.5% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 1.1% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 40.7% of the population, compared with 31.5% citywide. Median household income before tax was $115,000 in 2020, compared with $100,000 for Calgary. 13.8% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 2.41 km², giving a population density of 2,351 people per square kilometre (Calgary averages about 283).
