Mayfair is a residential community in the Centre sector of Calgary. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 410 living in private households. 13.6% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 41.4% across Calgary as a whole; the largest single group was Black at 4.9%. 82.7% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 3.7% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 12.3% of the population, compared with 33.3% citywide. Median household income before tax was $316,000 in 2020, compared with $98,000 for Calgary. 0.0% of households rented rather than owned.
