Cornerstone (north) is a neighbourhood of Calgary, in Calgary. The 2021 Census recorded a population of 13,230 in Cornerstone (north) (people living in private households). Children aged 0 to 14 made up 25.2% of the population. 91.7% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 38.8% across Calgary as a whole; the largest single group was South Asian at 56.1%. 7.8% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 0.5% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 62.5% of the population, compared with 31.5% citywide. Median household income before tax was $107,000 in 2020, compared with $100,000 for Calgary. 12.7% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 11.41 km², giving a population density of 1,160 people per square kilometre (Calgary averages about 283).
