Cobblestone Creek is a neighbourhood of Airdrie, in Calgary. The 2021 Census recorded a population of 8,421 in Cobblestone Creek (people living in private households). Children aged 0 to 14 made up 27.5% of the population. 35.7% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 38.8% across Calgary as a whole; the largest single group was South Asian at 10.5%. 59.9% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 4.4% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 25.9% of the population, compared with 31.5% citywide. Median household income before tax was $108,000 in 2020, compared with $100,000 for Calgary. 25.0% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 3.96 km², giving a population density of 2,128 people per square kilometre (Calgary averages about 283).
