Tuscany (south-southeast) is a neighbourhood of Calgary, in Calgary. The 2021 Census recorded a population of 5,087 in Tuscany (south-southeast) (people living in private households). Children aged 0 to 14 made up 23.1% of the population. 22.0% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 38.8% across Calgary as a whole; the largest single group was Chinese at 5.1%. 73.7% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 4.1% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 19.2% of the population, compared with 31.5% citywide. Median household income before tax was $159,000 in 2020, compared with $100,000 for Calgary. 7.8% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 2.43 km², giving a population density of 2,095 people per square kilometre (Calgary averages about 300).
