Panorama Hills (south) is a neighbourhood of Calgary, in Calgary. The 2021 Census recorded a population of 3,314 in Panorama Hills (south) (people living in private households). Children aged 0 to 14 made up 13.7% of the population. 66.2% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 38.8% across Calgary as a whole; the largest single group was Chinese at 28.5%. 33.1% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 0.9% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 45.8% of the population, compared with 31.5% citywide. Median household income before tax was $131,000 in 2020, compared with $100,000 for Calgary. 10.0% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 1.58 km², giving a population density of 2,091 people per square kilometre (Calgary averages about 283).
