Osprey Hill is a neighbourhood of Calgary, in Calgary. The 2021 Census recorded a population of 3,867 in Osprey Hill (people living in private households). Children aged 0 to 14 made up 16.3% of the population. 17.3% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 38.8% across Calgary as a whole; the largest single group was Black at 3.4%. 78.7% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 4.1% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 21.3% of the population, compared with 31.5% citywide. Median household income before tax was $96,000 in 2020, compared with $100,000 for Calgary. 24.7% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 2.12 km², giving a population density of 1,826 people per square kilometre (Calgary averages about 283).
