Marlborough Park (south) is a neighbourhood of Calgary, in Calgary. The 2021 Census recorded a population of 3,818 in Marlborough Park (south) (people living in private households). Children aged 0 to 14 made up 17.7% of the population. 49.8% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 38.8% across Calgary as a whole; the largest single group was Arab at 16.2%. 46.3% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 4.0% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 37.0% of the population, compared with 31.5% citywide. Median household income before tax was $81,000 in 2020, compared with $100,000 for Calgary. 24.9% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 1.11 km², giving a population density of 3,444 people per square kilometre (Calgary averages about 300).
