Manchester Industrial is a neighbourhood of Calgary, in Calgary. The 2021 Census recorded a population of 4,869 in Manchester Industrial (people living in private households). Children aged 0 to 14 made up 11.4% of the population. 30.5% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 38.8% across Calgary as a whole; the largest single group was Black at 7.7%. 67.1% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 2.5% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 26.1% of the population, compared with 31.5% citywide. Median household income before tax was $77,000 in 2020, compared with $100,000 for Calgary. 55.8% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 5.40 km², giving a population density of 902 people per square kilometre (Calgary averages about 283).
