Kinniburgh North is a neighbourhood of Chestermere, in Calgary. The 2021 Census recorded a population of 3,271 in Kinniburgh North (people living in private households). Children aged 0 to 14 made up 26.3% of the population. 54.4% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 38.8% across Calgary as a whole; the largest single group was South Asian at 34.4%. 43.2% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 2.4% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 33.7% of the population, compared with 31.5% citywide. Median household income before tax was $152,000 in 2020, compared with $100,000 for Calgary. 4.8% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 10.02 km², giving a population density of 326 people per square kilometre (Calgary averages about 283).
