Beltline (north) is a neighbourhood of Calgary, in Calgary. The 2021 Census recorded a population of 9,322 in Beltline (north) (people living in private households). Children aged 0 to 14 made up 4.3% of the population. 35.0% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 38.8% across Calgary as a whole; the largest single group was South Asian at 6.5%. 61.8% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 3.2% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 28.1% of the population, compared with 31.5% citywide. Median household income before tax was $67,500 in 2020, compared with $100,000 for Calgary. 76.6% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 0.80 km², giving a population density of 11,609 people per square kilometre (Calgary averages about 300).
