Auburn Bay (west) is a neighbourhood of Calgary, in Calgary. The 2021 Census recorded a population of 3,495 in Auburn Bay (west) (people living in private households). Children aged 0 to 14 made up 27.8% of the population. 25.4% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 38.8% across Calgary as a whole; the largest single group was Filipino at 8.6%. 70.1% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 4.1% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 22.7% of the population, compared with 31.5% citywide. Median household income before tax was $128,000 in 2020, compared with $100,000 for Calgary. 20.1% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 1.14 km², giving a population density of 3,070 people per square kilometre (Calgary averages about 300).
